The aim of this research is to understand the impact of brand communities embedded on Social Networking Sites on brand commitment. The causes and consequences of this commitment would be studied and the field research would be conducted on multiple samples as we plan to prove that different types of brand categories elicit different responses in this context. INTRODUCTION It has now been established that brand communities are a privileged link between companies and consumers. Their impact on brand commitment, loyalty and equity has also been widely documented (Muniz O’Guinn, 2001; Fournier Lee, 2009). The United States of America has the most diverse religious population in the world. In places like Iraq, Syria, Israel, Afghanistan, Yemen, and other countries too numerous to mention, countless lives are lost over religious differences. In America, a Protestant can live happily next door to a Jew, who might live across the street from a Muslim, or a Catholic, or a Sikh, or even a Humanist! This is in no small way attributed to the fact that the US Constitution’s First Amendment includes what is known as the establishment clause, which states that â€Å"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,† effectively separating affairs of religious institutions from secular,†¦show more content†¦It was starting to look as if politics were beginning to become more secular. As it is well known, after Kennedy’s assassination, Lyndon B. Johnson carried out the rest of Kennedy’s term, and then ran for reelection in 1964. Johnson, a left-leaning Democrat found himself up against Barry Goldwater from the right-minded Republican Party. Early on in the 20th century, many of Protestant denominations had adopted progressive, social reformist doctrines, that many people still value to this day. Despite being Protestant, Goldwater’s platform took a much more conservative approach. This ended up backfiring on him, however, as many Christian publications stated that they opposed Goldwater’s policies. He was further stigmatized by the religious publication The Christian Century as turning his patriotic rhetoric into â€Å"religious nationalism.† To make matters worse for Goldwater, in October of 1964, less than a month before the general election, 725 Episcopalian clergy and laymen from forty-one states signed a resolution accusing him of â€Å"a transparent exploitation of racialism.† Richard Nixon, a Republican and ex-Vice President at the time, claimed that these allegations were â€Å"the most vicious in political history.† As a result, Lyndon Johnson won the 1964 election in an unprecedented landslide victory, with Barry Goldwater only winning six states: his native Arizona, and five states in the heart of the Bible Belt (Kosmin 1993:174-5). As with Shakespeare’s other works, this play has been a great tool for English majors, authors, and any interested to have an insight on human action and reason. The tragedy follows Cassius and Brutus, the protagonists, as they seek to overthrow Julius Caesar from monarchy in Rome. They plan to achieve this by killing him then taking the power for themselves. These two and six others succeed in killing Caesar but did not take power. Negligence means any act of person in which fails to exercise reasonable care and skill and personal injury means any kind of pre natal injury caused to person, any impairment related to persons physical health or mental health, and any disease (Civil Liability Act 2002, 2002). Trial judge held that the system of cleaning is operation was reasonable, and respondent does not breach their duty of care. Plaintiff files appeal against the decision of trial judge. Court of Appeal stated trial judge failed to provide satisfactory reasons for his conclusion that cleaning system of respondent was reasonable. Court further stated that evidence does not prove the arguments of respondent. Court of Appeal held that appellant does not discharge his burden of proof, and even if breach of duty was found then also appellants case does not satisfy the requirements of causation because he was not able show that cleaning system of less than 15-20 minutes would prevent such accidents (Barry Nilson, 2011; Nolan, 2010). Application: In the present case, Tamara is walking down the confectionary aisle that is situated in her local Aldi supermarket. While walking down she sees her favorite chocolate at the end of the aisle and there is only one chocolate left for the sale. This case is similar to case Arabi v Glad Cleaning Service Pty Limited (2010) NSWCA 208 in which Court of Appeal held that breach of duty was found and also appellants case does not satisfy the requirements of causation because he was not able show that cleaning system of less than 15-20 minutes would prevent such accidents. In this case, there is no evidence which shows that cleaning system of supermarket of less than 40 minutes would prevent such accidents. On the other hand, Tamara was running for the chocolate and she also not takes any precaution measures. She is not able to satisfy the requirements of causation in this case. Therefore, there is no negligence on the part of Aldi Supermarket and there cleaning system is reasonable. All the damages which are general in nature cost excess of $700,000 to her which she cannot claim as damages from Aldi supermarket. Conclusion: In this case, Tamara cannot seek damages from Aldi Supermarket on the part of negligence because she is not able to satisfy the rules stated in causation and she is not able to prove that cleaning system of Aldi supermarket was not reasonable, and no evidence was presented by Tamara shows that cleaning system of supermarket of less than 40 minutes would prevent such accidents.
